By accessing or using TradeSocial, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeSocial. By creating an account, you represent that you are eligible to enter into a binding contract and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to use TradeSocial for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. Prohibited behaviour includes: harassing others, posting false or misleading information, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malware, or interfering with platform operations.

You retain ownership of content you post on TradeSocial. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You represent that you have the rights to any content you share.

Third Space transactions are facilitated through the platform. Prices, offers, and terms are agreed between buyers and sellers. TradeSocial may collect applicable fees, taxes, or commissions as disclosed at the time of transaction. All transactions are subject to applicable Indian tax laws.

TradeSocial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
